I had the worst experience ever, the requested beanbag arrived to me in a wrong color, i refused to receive it then someone tried to call me from the customer service when i called back they couldn't identify who called me and told me that they will check and call me back but they didn't do. Moreover i requested to receive it in sahel as i'm travelling the next day and i can pick it up from amwaj store but they refused!!!
