When i first ordered it there was a small snag in the stitching. I called customer service and was so surprised by how helpful and proactive they were. In the next couple of days they sent me a perfect replacement. This was the first time ordering from Arika and will not be the last time for sure!

Very happy with this purchase. Nice quality and material and the foam balls have a protective layer inside so you can easily slide off the case and wash it.
