Return Policy

At ariika, we are committed to delivering to you the very best shopping experience. In case we sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty, or if you changed your mind after paying, ariika will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:

• Products are returned in the original packaging.
• The package was never opened (sealed).
• The product shows no sign of usage.
• The stamped invoice is attached.

You have up to 30 days to return it. (Mattresses subject to 30-day trial. Furniture line excluded from 30-day policy).

Furniture Order Payment & Returns

All furniture orders require a 70% down payment to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.

You have 72 hours after you place your furniture order to cancel or make changes for a full refund. Within 7 days, cancellation results in a 50% refund. After 7 days, no amendments or cancellations are allowed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• 3% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.

Order Receiving Policy

• Customized products may take up to 12 BUSINESS DAYS.

• Minimum purchase amount is EGP 3,000.
• Installment duration from 24 to 60 months.
