Yes! Our design consultation service is completely free—whether you book online or in-store. There’s no minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees.

Before your consultation, you’ll be asked to fill out a quick design questionnaire. It helps us understand your space, needs, budget, and style. If possible, photos and measurements of your room are a great bonus!

Absolutely. Just let us know in your questionnaire which rooms you'd like help with, and we’ll tailor the session to your priorities.

Yes—we always design with your budget and space in mind. Just let us know your range upfront in the questionnaire, and we’ll build the best possible recommendations around it.
Does Ariika offer 3D room rendering?
Does Ariika offer 3D room rendering?
The service includes a maximum of three 3D shots, limited to one shot per room for a fee of 4,500 EGP — which will be fully waived if you place an order.

Not at all. The session is obligation-free. If you love the suggestions, you can place an order after reviewing the moodboard and product recommendations—but there's no pressure.

Each session usually lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, whether it’s online or in-store. It’s a relaxed and personalized conversation with one of our Design Specialists.

No problem at all! Part of our job is to help you figure that out. We’ll guide you through inspiration, ask the right questions, and curate pieces that reflect your vibe and lifestyle.

Of course. Life happens! You can reschedule or cancel your session through the confirmation email or by reaching out to our customer service team—ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
